Private jumbo loan volume stands at a record totaling $69.7 billion through Sept. 18, according to news reporting by KBRA Direct Lending Deals (KBRA DLD). The total tops full-year volume of $50.3 billion in 2023, and the previous high of $59.2 billion recorded in 2022.
