Yes, your subscription will renew automatically, unless it is cancelled in accordance with this Section. We will inform you by sending invoices after successful payments.

If you believe someone has accessed the service using your user name and password without your authorization, please contact us through our Customer Center. You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access a service through an Internet access provider or other third-party service.

Please include your user name and your billing email. We will confirm your cancellation within 48 hours with a reply to your email address.

Payments for annual subscriptions are refundable from the first day immediately following your cancellation through the end of the calendar year. To complete your refund, please contact us at: info@theleadleft.com.

For monthly subscriptions, your cancellation will take effect immediately. There are no refunds for the balance of the monthly subscription cost for the month in which you cancel.
